The only Braille you'll really need in the game is entrance to the Dotted Hole when the Scientist is not in front of it, in which case you use Cut. Then you fall through the hole, then you fall through the hole to the north below, then the one to the west, then east, then south. For a full guide, I would look here.

By the Pokemon guild book and the code at the bottom of the Dotted Hole is "let the two glittering stens one in red one in blue connect the past.
