HELP!!!!!! I am on One Island and need to find the sapphire for Cileo but I don't no where it is. Can someone tell me EXACTLY where it is and how to get it

Ok, the Sapphire is NOT on 1 Island. It is on 6 Island, The Dotted Hole.
What you need to do is:
1) Defeat the elite 4
2) Talk to Professer Oak after you collect 60 different Pokemon
3) Go to Vermilion City
4) Get on the ship to 1 Island
5) Talk to Celio and get the Rainbow Pass
6) Go to 4 Island and help Loreli in Icefall Cave
7) Go to 6 Island's "Dotted Hole" and use Cut on the door
THERE'S YOUR Sapphire!!!!!!!!!!!!

I havent played in a while but you just have to check the lislands but I bthink that it is near the water somewhere

Go to Six Island,and go South until you reach a chamber with a metal door(make sure you bring a Pokemon that knows Cut).Use Cut,and it'll open.Fall through the hole,then do the following pattern:Up,Left,Down,Right.You will reach the Sapphire.
