In a cave you have to Cut the walls down and I thinks it's on a cave 4 or 6

The Sapphire is inside the litlle house in an island. (Sorry I can't tell you what island, I forgot.) To get in you have to use Cut. Then go up. And then left.

In Dotted Hole on Six Island. Remove the Rockets from the Icefall Cave on Four Island, then go to the Dotted Hole. Use Cut to open the door, fall through the hole, go down the hole to the north below, then the one to the west, then the one to the east, then the one to the south. At the bottom is the Sapphire, but a Scientist will snatch it and escape. He'll be in the Rocket Warehouse on Five Island, and he's given you the second password.
