Where do you get the Sapphire and the Ruby from?

Ruby is in mt.ember and the Sapphire is in the Dotted Hole you need to get the ruby first youwill have to beat two Team Rocket members to get in the cave(the two which are searching for gold) talk to Celio in island 1 in poke center and you should be able to get past the rockets which are in the way and then once you have that you will have to go to the dotted hole and use Cut at the door and then there are four holes go down left right up and a scientist nicks it from you go to rockets warehouse make sure you have strong Pokemon bcos they are hard and get the sapphire back and you can now Trade to ruby/sapphire versions

I haven't gotten the Ruby and Sapphire recently (I started a new game), but I know that the Ruby is in the cave where you catch Moltres (on 1 island I believe). I think the Sapphire is in the Dotted Hole (on 5 island?).

You get the saphire from the Dotted Hole then you need to go to the rocket hide out the Ruby is found on island 1

Defeat the Pok�mon League, obtain the National Pok�dex from Oak by capturing at least 60 kinds of Pok�mon, and visit Celio at the One Island Pok�mon Centre. He will tell you about a Ruby that is needed to establish a connection with Hoenn. Go to Mount Ember, locate and fight the Rocket Grunts (one will let slip a password to the Rocket Warehouse), and enter the cavern. At the end of the path you should eventually come across the Ruby.

Turn in the Ruby to Celio and he will tell you about the Sapphire. As you turn to leave, he will give you a new page to the Town Map and switch your pass with the Rainbow Pass, which allows you to book passage to any of the seven islands. First, however, you must go to the Icefall Cave on Island 4 and assist Lorelei in removing the Rockets. When that's done, book passage to Island 6 and head to the Ruin Valley. In the middle of the area you will find the Dotted Hole; open the door by using Cut. Go down the holes in the Dotted Hole in the order: north, west, east, south. At the bottom is the Sapphire, but a Scientist will snatch it and give you the second password to the Rocket Warehouse.

Go to Island 5 and enter the Rocket Warehouse. Manoeuvre until you defeat the two Admins (the female will switch some moving tiles so that you can get some rest) and come to the Scientist. Defeat the Scientist to get the Sapphire.

One is through the Team Rocket cave on island 1 at Mt. Ember.
Easy to get, just use Strengh and push the bolder away to get into the room.

The other is in Dotted Hole on Island 6. When you get to the end a scientist steals it and gives you the last warehouse password. You must then battle him at the Team Rocket Warehouse to get it back.
He uses a magnemite and other steel and Electric Pokemon, so use a ground Pokemon and thrash him! Good luck!
