Question for Pokemon FireRed
What is a Lucky Egg and where can I find it. I am told it raises Experience of a Pokemon but I am not so sure. Also has anyone got any idea's on what nicknames I could use for the following:
Mewtwo,Dragonite,Blastoise,Ditto.
Any Idea's for last two (still haven't decided)
And could someone tell me where to catch a Smeargle.

Hey,you have to catch Smeargle from Pokemon crystal,gold or silver and then Trade (somehow) to FR or LG version. I don't know any nicknames for them.
P.s I don't know if a lucky egg exists.

A good nickname for Ditto would be Clone.
Smeargle cannot be caught on FR/LG.

Lucky egg:It is an item. Yes, the Pok�mon holding it gains boosted points. I think that a Chancey may be holding it;at least that's how I got it.
Ps: I didn't answer the other 2 because you already have some answers & and I'm not good at coming up with nicknames

You can catch a Smeargle. He is in the Ice Cave. I know my sis has one. But she has LG. And to get the Lucky egg you have to catch a chansey and the chansey should be holding it when you do.

I don't know where to get the lucky eggs from but I named my blastoise shell shocker, I don't have a ditto and don't wont one but if I did have on I would call it useless. The only way to get a Smeargle off of fire red is to Trade it or to use a Action Replay or gameshark.

It doesn't boost critical hit, It boost the experience gain in battle and it is found on Chansey. you only have 5% chance that chansey will hold one

There is an item to boost chanseys critical hit ratio I believe it's called the lucky glove so it's fair he messed upGuest answered:
You get Smergel in Pokemon Emerald at the battle frointer in the cave below the Waterfall. (that's all you will find except items like Zinc, Protien, HP UP and only one of those kind of medicicens) Sorry for poor spelling.

You can also get the Lucky egg on 6 or 7 island. In one of the houses, there will be a guy doing the Chansey Dance. If you hit Yes and do the dance, then he'll give you the Lucky Egg.
P.S. The house is by the Tanoby Ruins. In Sevault Canyon if memory serves.

The Lucky Ggg is a rare hold item which increases the Experience earned by any Pokemon holding it by double. To get the lucky egg, you have to catch a Chansey in the Safari Zone and it has a 4% chance of having a Lucky Egg as a hold item. The Lucky Egg is the RAREST item in Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen.
Smeargle can be caught on Pokemon Emerald in Artisan Cave under the Battle Frontier, you'll have to Trade it to get one on FireRed or LeafGreen

The Lucky Egg is the RAREST item in Pokemon Leafgreen/FireRed. It is a hold item which increases the Experience gained of any Pokemon holding it by double. You can get it by catching a Chansey from the Safari Zone; Chansey has a 4% chance of having the Lucky Egg as a hold item when you catch it.
Smeargle can be caught at the Artisan Cave on Pokemon Emerald, which is just underneath the Battle Frontier. To get one on FR/LG, you'll have to Trade it.

Mewtwo: Mewie
Dragonite: Draggy
Blastoise: Blaster
And try catching Chansey witch you can get a Lucky Egg from. Also try a Arcanine or Ninetales. ( both of witch you have to Evolve, plus you can only get vulpix in Leaf green)
