Is there Missingno. In the game like there is on Pokemon Firered(GBC)? Thanks! He is really cool so I wanna catch him again even though he's a virus

Missingno? No you can't find it on Pokémon Fire Red or Leaf Green. It can only be found on the original versions.

No, and I was as disappointed as you that he was gone, but they make games way better now, and don't want us all doing that cool stuff again!- the jerks-LOL
I suggest an AR for the new era of cheating-lots of codes here! It's only $20.
He wasn't really a virus-he was a test thingy for the programmers to go into to do god mode type stuff, try all kinds of things in the game, etc., stuff WE'RE not supposed to do!
Aw, you can catch him, and all it does is mess up your hall of fame really, but I suggest you catch him, then teach him Surf, then give him rare candy, then you have a surfing kangaskhan, and he can be stored without messing up anything!
I miss Missingno!!!

The first answer was only in the R/B/Y games. And I think you can only come across him if you use a whole bunch of cheats on a Gameshark, but I DO NOT recommend it. It will screw up your game.

To catch a missingo. You must breed something that doesn't fit together. Eks. Latias and latios (you cannot breed special pokemons) if the man gives you an "Bad egg" then it's a missingo(might lv.77 or higher)

Missongno isn't on Pokémon Fire Red. It is also said that Missingno screws up your game so I'd steer clear from it anyway.

No, missingno. Was what was supposed to Evolve into kangaskan but game freak and nintendo decided against it,but deleting the pre evolution would be too time consuming, so they attemted to just hide the code, which was eventually found, and that is also why it evolves into kangaskan

I took a lot of gameshark cheats and if my charizard defeated a lot of trainers it will turn into a bad egg

Missingno was a glitch, It wasn't meant to be discovered. Action Replay and Gameshark are the only ways to encounter this on these versions but it WILL ruin the save file and you WILL have to start from the beginning!
The code is any of the codes for wild encounters done wrong chance of encounter is 100-1 and it ends up as a Bad Egg in the party. If saved the game will say "Save file is corrupt" and a New Game will begin automatically.

I found missingno and caught him, and my game is not ruined...I didn't even know it could "ruin" your game until I after I caught him. To get him just swim on the right side of Cinnabar Island, the very edge or water/land and eventually you will run into him, you might come across grimer and a few other various non-water pokemon. Also running into missingno will cause the 6th item in your pack to multiply to a large amount, so for example I had rare candy there and now I have a bunch or them...my game is fine, however with the thought it might be damaged discover at your own risk.

That's in the original pokemon games (red blue and yellow) not in firered or leafgreen. Also Nintendo just spread rumors that it messed up your game because they didn't want people abusing this glitch. It was completely harmless to your game and save data just the hall of fame.

you can find him press a b when going into Gary house then it will glitch and it will look like red . You go in front of the gym sigh go into your inventory five times Surf close to the shore boom you find him

Maybe, but a different kind and 2 kinds of one. One is named (nothing) there is no name for it and has no hp and Lv 0. Another kind is named ????????? That has Hp and Lv13 or more. I named it missing no. It is from JOLLY nature and I met it in Route 9. If they aren't a missingno then ask me the reason.You will a chance to make me
