Question for Pokemon FireRed

I use VBA emulator
1.I've got the mystery gift but when I use it, a message displays "Wireless Adapter not connected" What should I do?
2.How do I get the mystery tickets in VBA?(None of my friends has it)
3.How do I use Action Replay codes?

1) You can't use it, and it's useless because there's no more events for this game.

2) Only by cheats.

3) Input the cheats into the AR code manager software on your comp and use the included usb to AR cable to download the cheats, then simply activate them.

I did the code but I can't get a ticket the code worked but do I do something to get the ticket

I input the code and it worked, it doesn't give you the ticket but it takes you to birth island by activating and disactivating the code in the fairy, hope it works
I dont know how i did it but it worked.
