I have gotten islands 1-3 but how do I get to Island 4-7??

defeat the Elite Four and then go to the dude in the pokemon centre and talk to him

Talk to the man in the pokemon centre after you hvae defeated the Elite Four.

Defeat the Elite Four, then catch 60+ pokemon and talk to professor Oak. Now go to vermilion, then One Island and talk to Celio. Go to MT Ember and face the team rockets. After a while in the new dungeon you will find the Ruby. talk to celio again.
Go to any other island NOW!!!

Well first,
You need to beat the Elite Four,then if you have caught 60 or more pokemon, then go to Prof Oak and he will you a National Dex.
Now go to Celio on Island 1 then he will give you a mission, but you will also be able to go to islands 4-7.
