Beat the Elite Four for a second time, they are harder this time. Collect all 150 pokemon, track down and catch your legendary dog, beat the Battle Tower on Seven Island. Those are just a few things you can do. Also you can get the Vs. Seeker from the cooltrainer in the Vermilian city pokemon center and batte trainers again, some will have stronger pokemon, like level 49 and such.

Train your pokemon to level 100, link up with your friends(kick their butts;-) ), beat the battle tower, and fill the pokemon that you can in your pikebex.
