Can someone tell me how to get to 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 island?
And where do I catch a lavatar the one that evolves to Tyranitar?
Where do I get a houndour?

Islands 10-15:there are no such islands.

Nintendo_dudes answer is right, and you can find Larvitar on Seven Island, by the Dotted Hole, I think.

10-15 islands don't exist
You find larvitar on 7 island
You have to Trade houndour from colleseum

Islands eight to nine use an action replay or cheating device island ten to fifteen do not exsist,lavatar can be cought on island seven and houndour can be obtained by using the e-reader cards or from pokemon colosium.
