Where do I get fly and waterfall?

Aright, to get Fly, you need Cut.

Go to Cerulian City, and travel left untill you get to where you would meet Snorlax. you should see a little bush, Cut that and go up, and enter the building and travel left out of the building.

Continue for about 5-10 steps, and you should see a house, enter that house and there should be a lady who will give you HM02 (Fly).

To get Waterfall, you need the Rainbow Pass. You get that by having data on 60 or more pokemon in your Pokedex before you beat the Elite Four for the first time.

Next go to Island Four. You'll need Surf here. After coming out of the Port and into Island four, travel Immediatly right untill you run into a house (Lorelie's House) move down, right, down the stairs, to the right, up up, Surf up and Enter Icefall Cave. From Icefall Cave, suf to the only other platform and enter the doorway.

Once in, travel up and right across the ice patchand it should crack. continue up and you should see four ice patches. you see that pokeball. That's an ultraball.

If you want it then take the bottom right panel and move up and off the ice and get it. then take the upper left ice panel move left and off. Move up and choose the ice panel thats on the top.

Walk over it and off, and on again, you should fall though. Take the ladder up and you'll see 2 ice panels (you see the second one when you walk down.)

Take the Top one. (again walk on, off, and on again.) When you fall, you'll be on a sheet of ice.move down, and to the right.there you go. That will be Waterfall. Then of course, teach it to a pokemon.

Now to get out. Move Left and up and take the ladder. This time take the bottom panel. You will again land on a sheet of ice. Move up, right, down, left, and down.

Take the ladder up.move left, hop the slope, continue left, and exit the cave, now move to the right, Surf, and climb the Waterfall.

Enter the cave and move up. You'll see Lorelie, and I'll let her take it from there.

My bad man, Fly is actually in Celadon City not Cerulian City. Sorry bout that, everything else is right though

You get Fly from fushia city, right do you know were snorlax was blocking the way to the cycle path there is a bush that you can Cut in between the wooden fence.

Cut it and go left you will see a boy and a girl that want a battle.

Behind them is a door go through it and and come out they other side then there will be a house go in the house and there will be a girl inside talk to her and she'll give you Fly.

To get Waterfall go to the ice cave on island 4 go all the way through and on the way out on that ice path go to the bottom there will be a ladder go down it and you will se waterfall in a pokeball.
