Bulbasaur and Squirtle are starters and therefore cannot be caught in the wild. Kingler is Krabby's evolved form, and Muk is grimer's evolved form. Grimer can be found in the water in front of the old man in Celadon, or in the grass on cycling road. Krabby can be caught with a Good Rod.
