I need some help please I dont understand how to catch the dogs, I beat elite four and the dogs didn't show up can someone tell clearly how to catch the dogs.

You need to save your Master Ball, and have the Natianal Pokedex, and it will be wild in the Kanto region.

The dogs appear randomly and switch places when you go to a diddirent route,city,town and whe you enter a houser,building,cave. You find them by sheer luck
