Ah its not a bad team really (I don't know their move sets but it's not a bad set up...) haha to beat the Elite Four all you need is raw power, no strategy what so ever, so catch the rest of the ledgendaries, namely Moltres Zapdos and Mewtwo and you're good to go...

Action replay is a cheat device for the gameboy systems and you should never use it (sinces its cheating, duh) unless you wana use it to get rare pokemon that can't be caught anymore (Mew/celebi/jirachi)

haha you're lucky you didn't tell me to rate your team... -_-" ...

Well, the second time you go against the elite 4 their pokemon gain 12 lvls, I suggest you raise your pokemon to lvl 70-80 by using the VS Seeker which you get after you beat your Rival for the second time.

The VS Seeker allows you to know which trainers want to fight against you, after you beat the trainers walk 80 steps to recharge your vs seeker and do it over and over.

An action replay is a device that has codes for gameboy advance games, it cost like 20-25 dollars at gamestop.

black hawk answered:

OK you need to raise all of your pokemon up to charizaeds level which is around lvl 77, lvl 76, or lvl 75.

And I don't know what an action replay code is either.

Hope I helped,

mmmdonuts answered:

O.k, you need ALL of your pokemon there to be over level 60, you have one hell of a strong Charizard, but you need to learn how to raise evenly.

Keep all your pokemon around the same levels no-one should be more than 3-4 levels higher than anyone else.

An Action replay in like a gameshark code, dont use them, you don't need them unless you suck at the game.
