Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hey,

I'm up to pokemon league with this team and I don't know why I can't win it.

Blastoise lvl 61
Articuno lvl 52
Alakazam lvl 42
Machamp lvl 47
Dratini lvl 25 (Training to be a dragonite)
Marawak lvl 46

I can't even get past the 1st person.

My friend has pokemon ruby and i was playing that before i got fire red and I got high level pokemon on there.

All I wan't to do is !@#$@%& trade with him.

So if anyone can help me can they please just post on this website.

All you have to do is get both of the stones (Ruby & Saphire) and bring them back to the poke center.

They are located on islands 1-3, I don't know how to get them but that is what your supposed to do.

All you need to do is train all of your pokemon up to lvl 50 or higher and have an electric pokemon in your party as well !

You must defeat the Elite Four at least once to Trade pokemon anyway... so I won't tell you how to trade yet... lets look at your team...

... I don't see a problem, unless your team has mighty lousy movesets, it should AT LEAST make it past the first elite 4. you have an Articuno... where are the rest of the birds?

They're still some of the strongest pokemon to date (also the very reason why new ledgendary pokemons are so weak)

... I'll assume you like your team a fair bit... theres no need to use the birds because your team is just as powerful if you raise them well... lets work on your team shall we =D

Blastoise: is a tank, enough said
Articuno... if you stil have mind reader DONT delete it, as arty also learns sheer cold when it gets to level 86...

I'm not telling you to level it up to 86 -_-" .. you can always get the move tutor to teach it mind reader again if you like...

Alakazam: it's at a decent level, it should be strong enough to take down the 2nd and 3rd member of the 4, no worries here...

Dratini: either get meowth to pick up some rare candies or level it up to 30 in Victory Road, it'll get you the stat boost you need to kick some butt =D
marowak: !!!! you have an assasin on your team !!!!

Steal (using the THIEF move) from cubones or marowaks to get a ... !@#$%^ wtf was it called??? a bonemarrow or a boneclub... basically! it DOUBLES your attack stat!!

(heck I had a 400 atk+ marowak, even stronger than ATK Deoxys) its worth finding!!
