i recomend taking jolteon and kadabra and replace them with graveler and dragonite also get them all up to level 75

Guest answered:

Removing Jolteon is a terrible idea....especially if you're not going to replace him with another electric Pokemon...Jolteon is a key to getting ahead against Lorelei, Lance, and Rival's Water Pokemon (Either Gyrados or Blastoise) because if you rely on an Ice or Dragon Pokemon alone against Lances Dragons, it's bound to get tired quick and an Electric Pokemon is the only type that none of the members of the Elite Four use. It's best to take advantage of that opportunity.

I know this post is old but jolteon is a key factor in the Elite Four battles. Level it up and feed it carbos & the sp.attack one (can't remember the name). It outspeeds literally every one of their pokemons and sweepes Lorelei easy

Get the Jynx for the poliwirl Trade in cerulean. Raise it up to 60(shouldn't take that long in Cerulean Cave) and destroy Lorelei with lovely kiss and dream eater. Then you can one shot all of lances Pokemon with ice punch. I recommend exchanging you're new awesome Jynx for you're kadabra. As for jolteon, keep it, it's really good with enough speed and special att.
