Ok well I send a bog thank you to everyone that has helped me before and now for a fun question I have beaten the elite four and champion I have got the national dex and beat celios quest but I can't find Raikou and I chose blastoise/squirtle so I know it's raikou and wheres a good route to look for it at!!!

Well just do what you normaly do stay in Kanto try not use Fly I got a Raikou and I wasnt even going out and looking for him
