Your team is not that good
Snorlax-Good
Charizard-I don't like overheat. Go to Island 2 and find the ouse on Cape Brink. If you have Charizard in first she will be able to teach it blast burn. This move is the fire equivelent to Hyper beam. And take Cut out for slash maybe?
Graveller-Train it up a bit and get rid of Rock Smash.
Pigeot-Good
Articuno-Good
Moltres-Take it out as you already have Charizard. Put in Zapdos. Trust me you will need it. The first Elite Four uses water as well as ice.

I would add a different variation of Pokemon types in there, because to easily beat the Champion's strongest Pokemon, Dragonite, you would need either a dragon or ice type Pokemon to defeat it with atleast a little bit of advantage.
