Nidoking - Level 40
Earthquake

Horn Attack

Charizard - Level 48
Cut
Flamethrower
Blast Burn
Slash

Vaporeon - Level 41
Water Pulse

Aurora Beam

Pidgeot - Level 40

Good team, great moves. But don't teach HMs to your main team except for Fly and Surf and maybe Strentgh. Teach Vaporeon Ice Beam instead of Aurora Beam. And level them up to at least lvl 50.

PS: Those are the exact same moves I taught my Pidgeot.

I would raise every Pokemon to level 55 and here a few changes you should make

Raichu-Perfect Don't change

Nidoking-Get rid of stenght and out in A Fighting move a would use Submission

Charizard-Get rid of Cut and put it Earthquake

Vapeoreon-Ice Beam instead of Aurora Beam

Pigeot-Dont Change

Gyardos-Get rid of strenght and out in Thunderbolt

its a well balanced team but the levels are too low to take on the Elite Four.. i'd suggest level 55-60 or higher if you can. also try not to put hms on your pokemon except Surf and Fly... swap Cut on Charizard with dragon claw
