Question for Pokemon FireRed

I have activited the mystery gift in the town where I beat Blane (link together with all) I also have the Rainbow Pass.

I have also tried plenty of times linking up with another wireless communication and I still cant get the Mystery Gift

Where do I get the mystery gift from, all it keeps saying is searching for wireless communication, but nothing happens.

Can you please (if there are any) gives me Action Replay codes for islands #8 and 9#.

I'm sorry I'm the one who started this whole Mystery Gift thing so I guess I shoud get it out now..... You have to be at an offical pokemon rocks america event so I'm sorry for not telling all of you people this earlier.
