Team Rocket

Well, on Seven Island, you're going to need Cut and Surf, you'll need Surf to get to the bottom portion of the island, you may also need Strength if you want the items around there. Once you get to the cave with the door, use Cut on the door, and it'll open, then go inside and follow the Braile instructions down to the bottom, but in case you don't know the Braile alphabet, here's a guide for you: North (Up) Hole, West (Left) Hole, East (Right) Hole, South (Down) Hole. Once you get there, about as soon as you get to the Gem, a Team Rocket Scientist beats you to it, takes the gem, and as a way of allowing you to have the chance to get it back if you really want it, tells one of the two passwords, though he says that it's useless without the other. Fortunately, if you have gotten the Ruby, that means you've gotten the other password already, so head to Five Island, if not... Well, I'll cover that in a second, anyway, get to Five Island, get through the grass area to the right of the town, and deal with the two Rockets at the door, then, enter the passwords and go inside, inside is a similar maze to the under Celadon Rocket Base and 8th Gym. Navigate the maze, it's no fun if I tell you the directions, but be prepared to deal with alot of Trainers, and get to the end. You'll fight two Admins, a female, who after you beat her, she'll see the error of Team Rocket's ways, and reverse one of the directional panels, so you can get there again easily, giving you a chance to heal up your team and restock before the final Rocket fight, and Giovanni's second in command, and true big shot. He is tough, so don't underestimate him, I remember his Arbok giving me some real problems with Glare and a few other things, though it was a while ago so... Anyway, after you beat him, he'll say that the Rockets are finished, and the warehouse will be empty from that point on, congrats, you've defeated Team Rocket.

On a bonus note, though if you're asking about the Sapphire you've obviously already gotten the Ruby, but for those who haven't...

When you go to Mount Ember on One Island, if you take a right instead of a left, you can find two rockets discussing something in front of a wall. Talk to either one of them and they'll get angry that you eavesdropped, and will tell you one of two passwords, stating that it's no good because that code is useless without the other one. Now I can't remember if you have to fight them or not, but best to be prepared, better safe than sorry.

After a little bit of walking, you'll come upon a gem on a pedastal, take it, and leave, either by way of Escape Rope, Teleport, Dig or your tried and true two feet, but get out, and get the gem to Celio.

Go to Island Four after you get the Rainbow Pass. Bring a random Water type because you'll need Waterfall. Find the HM for Waterfall and teach it to somebody. Go up the waterfall and find the first Elite Four member, the master of Ice types. Team Rocket Grunts are trapping her and you need to help her battle them. Go to Island Six and bring a Pok�mon that knows Cut. Go in front of this door, and use Cut. The door will open and go into the middle hole. Now there will be four holes surrounding you. Go through the holes in this order: Top, left right, down. You'll end up in a cave and you'll see the Sapphire Gem. A Scientist will take the gem from you, and you need to get it back.

Go to Island Five, and find Team Rocket's Warehouse. Beat all the Grunts inside, and the Scientist. Once you beat him, he'll give you the Sapphire Gem back. Now go and give it back to Cielo and you can Trade to other GBA versions!
