Question for Pokemon FireRed

How in the world do you get to 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Island? I already have the National Dex and asked Celio and all he said is that somthing about a gem PLEASE HELP!

Go to Mt. Ember and were Team Rocket was they'll still be there battle them and go through the cave they made you will see some braille the first braille chamber just has the alphabet and the tomb holding the Ruby gem says "Everything has meaning life has meaning existance has meaning dreams use power" and I don't know if some of that meaning message is correct if not please don't bogus report it I just wasn't sure that's all.

When you get to the sappire a scientist will steal it from you. He will leave the second password in its place.

First you Get the Ruby from 1st Island in the cave protected by the rockets. Next give the Ruby to Celio and you can now go to Island 4, 5, 6 and 7. Go to island 4 and do something in Ice Cave which is save Loreli from the Rockets. Then go to Island 6 and go to the Dotted Hole. Get the Sapphire and give it to Celio.

PS. Can't go to Island 8 and 9 without Auroa and Mystery Ticket. Hope this helped.
