Question for Pokemon FireRed

Their levels are

Haunter lvl 45:
shadow ball, shadow punch, night shade, and confuse ray

Blastoise level 53:
surf, hydro cannon,mega kick,and earthquake

Jynx level 61:
psychic, powder snow, ice punch and hail

Pidgeot level 60:
aerial ace, steel wing,frustration,and fly

Mr.mime level 54:
magical leaf, confusion, psybeam and psychic

Kangaskhan level 61:
surf, strength, ice beam and dizzy punch

Please tell me if they are strong enough to beat the elite four and my rival.

I don't think so yet you may be able to beat the Elite Four but not your Rival they all need to be around level 60-65 to beat them all plus you need to have lots of revives/max revives and lots of full restores (which heal all status problems e.g, poison paralasis etc. and your health to full at the same time) (some people dont know what it does so just thought id explain, no offense).

They might beat the Elite Four but just keep training just to be a little bit better.

Yes in my opinion you just need a fire Pokemon for Loreli (ice Pokemon) mr mime is good against both Bruno (fighting) and Agatha (ghost) and Jynx is good against Lance (dragon).

Having said this I give it 7/10 just I recomend Trade haunter for a strong fire type (Moltres or ponyta, both Island one).

My team for the Elite Four was:
Venasaur lvl55: Razor leaf,sleep powder,giga drain, vine whip
Charizard lvl54: Flamethrower, slash, dragon claw, fire blast
Blastoise lvl54: Surf, ice beam, water gun bite
Alakazam lvl54: Psychic, psybeam, Flash, hyper beam
Zapdos lvl55: Thunder wave,thunder, drill peck, Fly
Articuno lvl55: Ice beam,blizzard,Fly,mist

Also I used abot 4 revives, 2max potions and 3 full restores
