The Sapphire is obtained inside the Dotted Hole in Ruin Valley on Six Island.

Go to Island Six. Go down, until you get to Dotted Hole. Have a Pokemon that knows 'Cut'. Get to the front door, go to 'start', 'Pokemon', choose it and cut the wall....LOL XD You don't actually get it, it gets stolen by an idiot. Then go to Island Five, to the Team Rocket Warehouse or whatever. That's where you get it.
