Well it is simple acualy your game ain't screwd up and here is howyou know that rune called the dotted holeuse Cut on the door on it here are the holes in it that you need to go in-up,left,right,and down so thats almost all of it so you don't need to ask how to go through the Rocket Warehouse well here it is-top left,right up,left down,left middle,right,and then right again well tgats all oh wait and you give the saphire to clioe and begin to complete your Pokedex national dex. Have fun and then go to the cave and the guy will be gone and no I won't write up the way to Mew two also I hope that you still have your Master Ball.

If I remember correctly I went to the islands to continue to get the 2 stones that would allow me to Trade with my saphire and when I was done doing that I went back and it was open

You hav to go 2 5island and beat Team Rocket,den obtain the Sapphire give it to the guy in 1 island..den you can go in that cave

You just have to get the Ruby and saphire stones.

To get in you have to fix the machine on One Island.go to mt ember and approach the rocket guys. They will battle you then leave if you win. Go inside and get the Ruby. Take it to Celio and he will give you the rainbow pass. Go to 6 island and use Cut on the Dotted Hole.the Sapphire should be inside. Then before you get it some guy will steal and tell you he'll be at the Rocket Warehouse on 5 island. Go there and beat him to get the sapphire. Take it back to celio and you should be able to go inside the cave.(NEED THE National Pokedex!!!)
