Here are some wild Pokemon and items they can hold:

Magnemite:metal coat

Clefairy:moon stone

Staryu:stardust/star piece

Machoke(i think machop too):focus band

Geodude/Onix:hard stone

Dragonair/Dratni:dragon fang

Fearow:sharp beak

Ditto:metal powder

Magneton:magnet

Arbok(FR only):poison barb

Chansey:lucky egg

Venomoth:silver powder

Sandslash(LG only):soft sand

Haunter:spell tag

Cubone/Marowak:thick club

AbraKadabra:twisted spoon

Paras/Parasect:tinymushroom/big mushroom

Remember that you have,normally,5% of chance of getting the majority of these pokemons having items so don't be sad if you don't get one.Also,some of the pokemons may only appear in LG,not in FR(i don't know which).Oh,and Pikachu only hold light ball at RSE for the ones that are thinking it is strange.Bye!
