I figured out that who ever said you have to raise evee to level 40 or 50 at night is wrong. Because I was trying to go through the Pokemon league instead but he evolved at a different level!
1.Breed two evee's or use a ditto with a evoulution of him/her.
2.Give the newly hatched evee a exp. Share.
3.Go through Pokemon league twice.
4.During the second time through evee will evolve at level 35.
5. Have Fun with Umbreon!
6.P.S. Umbreon learns Faint attack at level 37.
