Here is how 2 work the 1st poke'mon max stats

(i gotta rush don't expect alot of quality)

you need these 2 codes the 1 on top is max stats

the next is surf anywhere

use the pkmn modifier for these pokemon:

Skarmory (that knows fly) dragonair (dratini or dragonite) (that knows surf) and arcanine. put arcanine in the middle of your party and put skarmory above and put poke'mon that you want max stats as battler

fly to the Pokemon leagueand heal at the nurse

then acsess move poke mon on PC don't do anything and log out of pc go and tatk to he pokemart girl and scroll all the way down press cancel then go out of the building and 2 steps and then fly 2 sootopolis

go to edge of water and press a twice and then go in Pokemon center and get dragonair dratini or dragonite that knows surf move it with arcanine know you have dratini instead of arcanine surf over go to the mart but don't go in go to the lady who gives you a berry but don't talk go to side with mart don't go in NOW go talk to lady who gives you a berry when it says you obtained a berry press b+sel. You will surf on her now fly to sootopolis again and surf over to the mart go in and scrool down to cancel go outside and walk 2 steps and save and look at you're party vwalla
