Legendaries hints and tips for Pokemon Emerald

I see all those ratings when people say that it is 'wrong' to have a few legendaries in your team, but that isn't true. I have got a lvl 88 Blaziken and it has got lower stats than my lvl 78 Rayquaza. For example: my Blaziken got 285 HP, but my Rayquaza got 301 HP. I've used as much vitamins as possible on both. Groudon and Kyogre (lvl 75 Groudon, lvl 70 Kyogre) have got more HP too and their attack is higher also. So legendaries no good? Wrong, only to much (more than three) is wrong, because you team will have certain weaknesses except when using really good combo's. Here's a Legendary combo which is good ( I've used this myself, and kept winning!) (I've made this with the help of Firered and Leafgreen, no cheating device):

Groudon-Kyogre-Rayguaza-Latios (or Latias)-Zapdos (because it has no real weaknesses)-Suicune (Articuno might work, but only when it's move set is really changed).
