How to get to Sky Pillar

Okay now for those of you who do not know how to get to Sky Pillar, Go to Pacifidlog city. Then go right when you surf and keep on going for about 25 seconds. Then up up and somewhere along the line you should come to a cave. Go in and there is the Sky Pillar! Plus once inside you can catch RAYQUAZA if you have a masterball! If you dont then you can also use Ultra Balls. Try putting it to sleep or freezing it. Then once that it done throw the ultra ball and press and hold down, A, B. And there you go.
