How to find latios and latias

Finding latias and latios is not as easy as just flying to where your pokedex says the Pokemon is at. Each time you enter a new area latias/os also enters a new area. In order to catch it I find it is easiest to walk back and forth from one area to another, checking your pokedex each time you enter the new area to see if latias/os is there. Once the pokedex says that the Pokemon is in the same area you are in just find a patch of grass and start walking. Latias/os will stay in that area until you move to another area or encounter it. Put a Pokemon first in your party that knows a move for preventing fleeing and you will greately increase your chances of catching the shy dragon/psychic pokemon
