PokeRus is a real virus in the game. To get it, fight random Pokemon and make sure that you can hit it physically. If you check your Pokemon status, it would say PkRs.
PokeRus benefits your Pokemon insted of actually harming it. It helps increase a Pokemons Stat point, it can spread, so when you get it, spread it to your team, then spread it to your Boxed Pokemon so they benefit as well!
PokeRus does not work anymore when it is not infected with your Pokemon.
