How to get to Kahoto?

You will have to beat Lance.After Profesoar Oak and Mary talk to you.It will look like the game restarted but it isn't.
When you are playing professer Elm will call you.
He will want you to go down there he will give you the ticket then you will have to go to Olivin city.
Then go to the place where you could not go before and go throgh it.
