i have pressed 12 times to save my friends and 0 to join citra you should save your friends but if you join citra you will die
when you save your friends citra pleads with you to stay says that she loves you then dennis comes running up the stairs and asks what you are doing saving your friends then he attacks you with a knife but before he can stab you citra steps in front of you and gets stabbed and dies in your arms then it shows the overveiw of the temple then jason says something then the credits roll.
You wake up and she's riding you (having sex with you) with nuthin but some red paint on her nipples and she kills you when you ejaculate and says our son will rule this island. What happens when you save your friends?
