Hidden Conditions:
- Guldo’s Health > 50%
- Defeat Ginyu
This PQ becomes available after completing the Ginyu Force Saga.To start this PQ, you must find Guldo in the city and talk to him.
For the hidden conditions to trigger, you have to defeat Burter, Jeice, and Recoome while maintaining Guldo's HP above 50%. This is a lot easier if you attempt this the second time around since you can bring in two additional support characters. Burter is a handful because of his speed but he should be easier to hit because of his size. Jeice is a pesky little one and loves to use various ki blasts defensively and offensively.
Finally, Recoome is a bit more powerful than the last two but you can still deal with him with no difficulty. After defeating the three and Guldo's HP is still above 50%, there's a chance that Captain Ginyu will appear. Defeat him to complete the quest and get a higher rank for unlocking the hidden conditions.

It's not guaranteed every time he'll show up even with the conditions being met. It simply boosts the percentage chance of him appearing. Just keep trying it and he'll appear eventually.
Everyone's Health including support characters and Guldo and myself above 80% health! And still no ginyu....
