After selecting this PQ, you'll have to select your other team members. The only ones available at the moment is Goku, Piccolo, and Raditz. Concentrate on one enemy at a time. The faster you take one out, the sooner you can double-team another one. After taking out the three opponents, Piccolo will appear. Gang up on him and defeat him to complete the quest.
