There are currently ten playable characters available in Divine Knockout. Each of these Gods or Godesses plays differently and some are better than others. Take a look at our Character Tier List to find out who the best characters are in the game.
Amaterasu is definitely the best character currently available in the game, you should definitely aim to use the goddess of the sun in Japanese mythology.

The two characters in this tier may require some mastery to beat an S tier, but definitely have that potential.
- Susano
- Thanatos
The characters in this tier are decent, but you will experience difficulty trying to defeat the A or S tier characters - even when you have mastered them.
- Athena
- Izanami
- Thor
- Ymir
The only real difference between C and D tier is that C tier characters can occasionally have niche uses where they excel. They may be great at a particular game mode, or against a certain character.
- Hercules
- Sol
It is recommended that you don't use this characters under any circumstance, only as a last resort.
- King Arthur
Amaterasu is the goddess of the sun in Japanese mythology and in Divine Knockout she is arguably the best character in the game. Amaterasu is the God you'd want to use if your playstyle revolves around speed. You will find that she is also good at tossing her opponents around. Listed below are her moves:
- Sunseeker Dash
- Heavenly Strike
- Sunlit Uppercut
- Final Light
