What are Rage Attacks

Bleach: Immortal Soul is a turn-based RPG where characters on both sides of the screen take turns attacking each other until one team emerges victorious. Check out our What are Rage Attacks guide to find out exactly what this type of attack involves in Bleach: Immortal Soul.

Dealing and recieving damage both generate Rage for your hero in Bleach: Immortal Soul and will result in their Rage meter slowly filling up. Once it is full you will be able to spend the entire bar to unleash the characters's powerful Ultimate Skill against the enemy which depending on the character can either cause damage or has healing properties that will help your team. Rage is instrumental in combat and strategically placing characters who belong to the same War Soul can turn the tide in battle (see bottom of page).

How to use War Souls

There are currently 4 different types of War Souls in Bleach: Immortal Soul and they are your character's Rage generating passive skills. Each is listed below along with their effect.

Azure Dragon War Soul

Max Star Effect: Regenerates Rage when battle starts.

Current Effect: Regenerates 67 Rage when battle starts.

Black Tortoise War Soul

Max Star Effect: Regenerates Rage when attacked.

Current Effect: Regenerates 16 Rage when attacked.

Vermillion Bird War Soul

Max Star Effect: Basic attack Regenerates Rage.

Current Effect: Basic attack regenerates 32 Rage.

White Tiger War Soul

Max Star Effect: When an ally dies Rage is Regenerated. When an enemy dies 75% of this Rage is Regenerated.

Current Effect: When an ally dies 50 Rage is Regenerated. When an enemy dies 75% of this 50 Rage is Regenerated.

All War Souls can be upgraded to generate more Rage. The best War Soul to obtain is Azure Dragon because when it is maxed it allows all your heroes to cast their Rage skills first, giving you the advantage. Vermillion is the next best War Soul to obtain due to being the fastest Rage generator. Below are the four War Souls along with the characters in Bleach: Immortal Soul that belong to them.

Azure Dragon Heroes

Soifon, Aizen, Zangetsu, Yamamoto, Matsumoto, Hitsugaya, Toshiro, Tosen, Gin, Jushiro, Yourichi, Uryu, Sasakibe, Nemu, and Kira.

Vemillion Bird Heroes

Yachiru, Rukia, Yumichika, Ikkaku, and Hinamori.

White Tiger Heroes

Byakuya, Ichigo, Orihime, Kenpachi, and Isane.

Black Tortoise Heroes

Kyoraku, Tessai, Komamura, Renji, Mayuri, Unohana, Ganju, Shuhei, and Chad.
