Pet Guide

In Black Desert Mobile you can get pets to accompany you during the story. Having one of these furry little critters as a companion is useful as not only will they pick up the items that monsters drop, they also come with an additional Skill bonus that will give your character additional stats. Having a pet is useful as these furry little critters will pick up items that monsters drop for you and they have an additional skill bonus where your character will get additional stats. In Black Desert Mobile you can have three pets and a mount at any given time, with all of them levelling independently of each other. You can get pets by completing quests or by purchasing them from the Pearl Shop with Silver. To buy a pet you just need to go to the Pet menu and click the 'Get Pet' option. Pets that are currently available to purchase in the market are listed below.

• Mischievous Dog

Purchased in the market.

• Brown Cat

Purchased in the market.

Cost: 2,000,000 Silver

• Shepherd Dog:

Purchased in the market.

• Skinny Black Cat:

Purchased in the market.

• Brown Guide Hawk

Pets are given random skills at the time of purchase, additional skills can be acquired for pets of higher tier. The only way that the Skill level of a pet can be increased is through training. You can only train one skill at a time per set and the amount of time it takes to train the pet is indicated on the time duration shown on the left side of the 'Train Skill' button. Below is a list of the random skills a pet could recieve.

• Dark Energy EXP

Amount: +2% to +5%

• Knowledge Gain Rate

Amount: +2% to +5%

• Inventory

Amount: +50 LT to +200 LT

• Fishing EXP

Amount: +2% to +5%

• Mining EXP

Amount: +2% to +5%

• Foraging EXP

Amount: +2% to +5%

• Logging EXP

Amount: +2% to +5%

• Combat EXP

Amount: +2% to +5%

To train your pet you need to go to the 'Pets' menu and click the Hamburger icon on the upper right corner of the screen. This will bring up a screen that that tells you how much time it will take to train your pet and the amount of Silver required. If you have required Silver and want to proceed you simply click 'Train Skill' to level up the skill. If you do not want to wait for the training time to complete you can spend Stamina to finish the training instantly. In order for the additional stat you recieve when you get a pet to remain effective you must feed the pet. You can feed the pet when its guage is depleted by going to the 'Pets' menu and pressing the food icon.
