8. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD for Wii U

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is a high definition remake of the game (of the same name) previously released for the Nintendo GameCube and Wii. However, there have been a number of changes and upgrades made to the new edition of this game. These changes include reworked graphics (giving the game its high definition quality), updated game play to make it compatible with the Wii U, Amiibo support (the Super Smash Bro's and Wolf Link Zelda amiibos can be used to unlock additional features in the game, such as a new dungeon and to replenish weaponry) and improvements in character functions on the game.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD will be released on March 4 2016 exclusively for Wii U.

7. Ratchet & Clank (2016 PS4)

The Ratchet & Clank franchise is set for a massive boost in 2016 with the release of the movie and the video game to be released exclusively on PS4. Set to incorporate elements from each game in the series Ratchet & Clank 2 will combine new updates (such as brand new weapons like then "Pixelizer" that turns enemies into 8-bit images) with classic characters and environments.

The 2016 video game edition is meant to represent a "new beginning" for the Ratchet & Clank franchise. One way of marking its departure from the earlier series is the re-imaging of the characters and layouts from the original series. For example, in this game Ratchet and Clank's images will be those used in the 2016 movie of the same name.
