Animal Crossing: Wild World might just be the best simulated game of all time. It has it all. Fishing, Bug catching, Tree planting, Paying your mortgage and much, much more!! This is my first review I have ever done so don't be expecting a top of the notch, elite review. If you don't already have this game I hope this encourages you to get it. Out of all my games this one is most definateley my favourite.
The graphics are excellent on this game for a hand-held device. This game proves that hand-held devices are getting better all the time. The graphics stand out in this game because the game is not pixelated, but it's not that chalky kind of colour either. The crew at Nintendo have got it just right and it's one of the reasons I encourage young or old to get this game.
The sound in this Animal Crossing: Wild World is good because you can choose what it sounds like most of the time. In the Town Center you can just choose Town Tunes and you can choose the song you hear every hour, when you go through a door or when you talk to someone. K.K Walker is great as well because he gives a new song every Saturday which you can play in your house so after a week when it's just getting old, you can easily get a new song by taking to Walker. The only bad thing about the music is the fact that you can't change the music you listen to most of the the time. After about a month you would prefer to stay inside your house then have to listen to that music again.
The reason the gameplay is just so excellent is because it has no real plot apart from the fact that you have to pay off your mortgage. This means you can do almost anything at all without getting stuck in the game or something like that. The only thing you can't do is not save because then Mr Resetti will come and give you the most anoying lecture in the world. You can choose the path you take, a fisherman, bug catcher, gardener, fruit picker. And if you don't like that path you can easily change it.
The lastability is practilly endless because of that simple reason being it has no plot. Two main things that make it so hard to finish the game (which you really can't) is because you have to pay off the house and fill the museum. Even if you manage to do this you can still try to get everyones photograph, all the models of buildings and fill up your catologue.
All of the Nintendo games are successes and Animal Crossing: Wild World is no exception. This game is rated E for Everyone meaning everyone, young and old can play this game. One last thing that makes this game such a success is a little invention called a Wi-Fi. This invention allows you to play with people across the globe which can be so much fun it is not funny. I honestly don't know why anyone across the globe would not want this game but I hope I have encouraged at least one of you our there to get the game.
