I purchased a trunk of simoleans 3 times spening $60.00 and I never recieved them how do I get my money back or my simoleans

If you did not receive the money and the charges were made to your credit card than you need to go to the EA FreePlay Official site and submit a help request there via the support system.

We cannot help you with that side of the game.
