First of all you need the godbirds soulstone to get there.......it is in the arcadia region.....just fly over rydons tower and you will find a cliff like area where you can land....thats the place.....

I can't find the dragovian sword!!! Does anybody know where it is or how to obtain it? I have the liquid metal sword I..

You have to beat the Lord of the Dragovians to obtain that sword.

The only problem is that this is part of a side quest that I think can only be done once you finish the game. Which to me is always pointless but hey that's my opinion.

Where do they sell toughguy tattoos in dragonquest 8

You will get to a town called Argonia as part of the storyline. You will have to leave and return. When you return the town will have a fair or market going on. One of the stalls will be selling that tattoo.

Make sure you have money as they will be selling a lot of things that you may want.
