Mega Charizard X

Charizard is one of the many Pokemon that have a Mega Evolution. It has a different Mega Form in X then Y. You need to obtain a few things before you can get Mega Charizard X.

To make a Pokemon Mega Evolve, you will first need the Mega Ring and Key Stone (You will need these for any Mega Evolution). You will also need Charizardite X.

If you chose Charmander as your Kanto Starter Gift Pokemon from Professor Sycamore in Lumoise City, you will receive Charizardite X. If you didn't choose Charmander, you can obtain Charizardite X from the Vernal Avenue Stone Emporium in Lumoise City.

After you have a Charizard, have it hold the Charizardite X. If you put Charizard in battle while holding it (and you have received the Key Stone and Mega Ring), you will receive an option to Mega Evolve it. Mega Charizard X has the Ability Tough Claws.
