Don't get out of the car stay in the car that don't move no more call 411 and it moves again!
When you are in a heli get to any tall building then jump out you should survive if you are going fast how ever you will more problably die because well you will hit the ground and bounce up down till you die
Say your driving a comet! You might see other comets parked or being driven around liberty city
This is a great way to get multiple infernus'! You know the infernus you get for stevie? Get it and drive it to the airport parking lot and you see other infernus' driving or parked. Take a different infernus (one that isnt for a mission or anything). Take it back to one of your safe house to save it! And if you want more infernus' just repeat this again
P.s. If you already done this mission your best hope is to redo one of brucies races

At the begging of the game you have to goto the diner. There is usually a person at the bar at your right but sometimes he isnt there. But you can still beat him up without killing him or alerting the police. Happened after 20:00 steal any cycle and deatroy it.

First Get races off brucie,
Then Get a nice car,
Then go to the race
Now, don't go to the marker in your car,
You should Find a Sultan RS on yor first race (it did for me)
If it doesn't work Then Try a second race,
It's kind of a glitch but after that stop cus it won't work.

First you need to get 3 or more stars, next you need to steal a cop car, and then access the computer data base. After that select the "View Current Crimes" part, and choose anyone that you want. And after you kill that person, stars are gone.

When your doing the last mission spawn a helicopter after you kill all the people outside fly the helicopter on top of the roof of the building with people shooting at you the fall through the cracks go to the door and youve half done the last mission.

First get a futo,then go to the main road that goes around bohan, the futo gt wil have a diffrent bodkit and will have a carbon fibre bonnit.(when you get in it will say futo but if you zoom in on the front grill with a sniper it will say futo gt
You must ride a helicopter to see this easter eggs.
-go to the libery statue with a helicopter
-go up until you see the top floor
-get really next to it
-get out of the heli
-there's a closed door
-get in
-there's a stair
-get up
-then you see a heart.
Steal a securicar drive it somewhere remote with very little or no cars, blow it up ( I recommend Rpg, bazooka thing ) there will be gold bars on the ground about 10,000 and if a cop finds you because of the one star steal their car every cop car gives you qne shotgun an 5 shells
First you have to unlock the cell phone, when you do enter ther numbers 911 in your cell phone ( press up twice on d-pad ) and call it then press the number 1 after it tells you the options and if you are on land a police patrol will arrive and the passenger cop will get out and just steal the car. It will be unlocked on both sides so it will be easy and you only get one star so just put in the lower wanted level cheat or elude them.
If you want to stop dead while you are riding a vehicle equip your phone while driving and highlight the camera. When you want to stop all you have to do is select it.
