Ok. Go to the statue of liberty and youll see a platform under the feet of it. Take a chopper (helicopter) fly up to that platform, jump out and land onit. There should be for doors but only one lets you in.(reg. Left side. Gay tony. Back.lost and damned. Idk.) but there should be l adder in there. Press y . Climb up it and make shure the bright ness is all the way up. Climb the ladder and there should be a heart. Happy cheating bros!
