Easy way to beat "Holland Nights"

When you get to the projects in the mission "Holland Nights" do not try to fightup the stairs. Instead, walk t the other side of the street and pull out the sniper rifle you should still have from "Deconstruction for Beginners". Look to the left side of the building and you should be able to see the target with a red arrow over his head. Soot him with the sniper rifle instead of fighting your way to him.
