I have already gotten all of the gaps except Arson Investigation. If any one out there knows were it is will you please tell me?!

Arson investigation:

You know the burnt out building next to the clinic?

Go up the ramp and lip the telephone wire above the building, you might need a few tries to nail this gap but you'll get it eventually.

I got stuck with this gap too, have a look on the internet for a guide if you get stuck any more...
