Does any one know where the 3 sniper rifles from the back of the hideout are?

There is one in "Til Death Do Us Part" on the second floor of the mansion,there is one in "The Murder Of Crows" in the room where Raymond Kulinsky is and the last is in "A New Life" inside the tree house.
