When you KO/kill the wife of the target, her necklace contains the microfilm. When you stand over her body, it should come up with "grab microfilm" or something similar. A common method to get it is to rig the barbeque with the fuel from the garden shed. Make sure the gardener can't see you when you get in or he will tell you to get out. It should be on the ground somewhere. Then when you have obtained it, go to the barbeque and an action should come up saying "rig babeque" or something similar. When this is done, the next time she uses it she will catch on fire, run into the pool and die instantly. Wade into the pool and grab the chip from her body.
